How to Play Dottori-Man Jr.
Quick start
- Learn a circuit at ordinary speed.
- Turn at junctions to collect the remaining dots.
- Hold the speed action when the route ahead is clear.
- Avoid the X without relying on a direct reversal.
Controls
The directional control chooses turns; the arrow cannot reverse directly and turns automatically at a corner. Hold Button 1 to move faster. Button 2 pauses or resumes. Hitting the X restarts from the first level.

Dottori-Man Jr. is an exact registered version in this game family. Dottori Kun guides an arrow through a dot-filled circuit while an X pursues it. The arrow cannot reverse direction directly and turns automatically at a corner, making the next junction the place to choose a safer route. Holding the speed action helps clear more dots but also reduces the time before the next meeting with the X. A collision returns the attempt to the opening level.
