How to Play Espgaluda (2003/10/15 Master Ver, bootleg cartridge conversion)
Quick start
- Collect gems during ordinary shooting.
- Activate Kakusei when a target’s destruction will clear a useful bullet group.
- Leave the mode before the empty-gem state becomes dangerous.
- Use Guard Barrier for protection when needed and watch its separate gauge.
Controls
The normal attack becomes a concentrated rapier-style attack when held. Kakusei toggles the gem-consuming slowed state. Hold Guard Barrier for protection and release it for the stronger attack; its gauge is consumed separately.
Espgaluda (2003/10/15 Master Ver, bootleg cartridge conversion) — About this game
Espgaluda (2003/10/15 Master Ver, bootleg cartridge conversion) is an exact registered version in this game family. Espgaluda makes a stored supply of green gems into temporary control over the speed of a bullet pattern. Activating Kakusei slows the enemies and their shots while consuming the gem counter; destroying a target in that state converts its bullets into gold. Remaining in the mode after the gems run out produces a faster, more dangerous state, so the same switch needs an exit plan. A separate Guard Barrier protects the character and releases a strong attack, using its own gauge. Learn the ordinary shot and slower concentrated attack before combining gold conversion with a defensive barrier. Version-specific changes to characters, stages, timing, difficulty, balance, graphics or hidden content are not inferred where the registration does not document them.
