How to Play Guardians / Denjin Makai II (Evil, Hack)
Quick start
- Learn the current fighter’s ordinary Attack chain.
- Move close to grab a susceptible enemy.
- Use a throw to hit another approaching opponent.
- Keep the special-energy gauge in mind before a larger technique.
Controls
Attack strikes or picks up an item while standing over it; Jump jumps. Repeated Attack produces a combination. Double-tap Forward to run and hold Attack to guard.
Guardians / Denjin Makai II (Evil, Hack) — About this game
Guardians gives its fighters separate health and special-energy gauges, with combinations that can finish by throwing an enemy into another target. Repeated attacks build the ordinary chain, while changing direction before the finisher alters the result. Moving close grabs a susceptible enemy, and thrown opponents can damage others along their path. Picked-up weapons have limited uses and can be lost before the next area. Learn the short attack chain before trying a different finisher, then use a thrown enemy to make space when another attacker closes behind the fighter.
