Counter openings after attacks with short, reliable offense instead of forcing long combos.

Controls

Use six buttons for light, medium and heavy punches and kicks. The joystick controls movement, jumping and crouching. Special-move and Super Combo availability and commands depend on the chosen character and player type.

Choose a fighter and a player type corresponding to a Street Fighter II entry. Even the same character has different moves and traits by type, so check the display before relying on a familiar combo. Some characters are unavailable for certain types, making roster and type choices inseparable. Light, medium and heavy punches and kicks form the spacing game: mix short normal attacks with heavier counters to an opponent’s openings. You can also choose game speed at the start, so learn the moves at a pace where you can follow the controls.
