How to Play Jr. Pac-Man (speedup hack)
Quick start
- Clear a route through the visible part of the maze.
- Watch where a travelling toy enlarges dots.
- Approach those slower sections with an escape turn available.
- Use power pellets to create a temporary safe crossing.
Controls
Use four-direction movement through the scrolling maze. Eating a power pellet temporarily permits eating ghosts. Enlarged dots award more points but slow movement more than ordinary dots.
Jr. Pac-Man (speedup hack) — About this game
Jr. Pac-Man (speedup hack) is an exact registered version in this game family. Jr. Pac-Man expands its dot chase into mazes wider than the screen, with the view scrolling as the hero moves. Travelling bonus toys change ordinary dots into larger, more valuable ones, but eating those dots slows the hero and gives the ghosts a better chance to close in. The toy can eventually destroy a remaining power pellet, making a delayed collection costly beyond the missed bonus. Plan a route to a safe turn before eating a string of enlarged dots, then use the next power pellet when its temporary protection covers a useful part of the maze. Version-specific changes to characters, stages, timing, difficulty, balance, graphics or hidden content are not inferred where the registration does not document them.
