Quick start
- Choose a fighter and learn a short normal-attack sequence.
- Practise one reliable special move at a useful range.
- Build at least one power level before trying a Custom Combo.
- Keep power available for an Alpha Counter when defence becomes difficult.
Controls
Use three punch strengths and three kick strengths. Activate a Custom Combo with two punches plus a kick, or two kicks plus a punch, when at least one power level is available. While blocking, a back, down-back, down motion plus the appropriate punch or kick performs the character's Alpha Counter and spends one level.
