Quick start
- Learn Shot and Bomb.
- Shoot the opening stage lettering for bonus points.
- Collect a weapon upgrade.
- Use a bomb to clear dangerous bullets before the guardian.
Controls
Move in eight directions. Tap Shot repeatedly for continued fire. Bomb produces explosions across the screen and cancels enemy bullets. The aircraft available to each player differ in speed and firing pattern.

Thunder Dragon 3 (bootleg of Thunder Dragon 2) is an exact registered version in this game family. Thunder Dragon 2 gives its two player positions aircraft with different speed and weapon patterns. The vertical route passes conventional military vehicles and stranger machinery before each area guardian. Shooting the stage-introduction lettering awards extra points, and some floating bonuses grow more valuable when shot before collection. Weapon upgrades and a screen-clearing bomb support the progression through the eight areas.
