How to Play Thunder Force AC (bootleg)
Quick start
- Try the starting Twin Shot and Back Shot.
- Destroy an equipment carrier.
- Collect an additional weapon or shield.
- Switch to a pattern suited to the next obstruction.
Controls
Use movement and shooting, and switch between the collected weapons as the enemy approach changes. Twin Shot covers ahead, Back Shot covers behind, and the added weapon types provide different firing patterns.

Thunder Force AC (bootleg) is an exact registered version in this game family. Thunder Force AC equips the STYX with a collection of selectable weapons rather than a single replacement gun. Twin and backward shots can be strengthened, while pickups add wall-penetrating waves, surface-following fire and homing attacks. Supporting CRAW units add firepower and some protection, and a shield supplies a separate defensive pickup. The arcade route reworks the earlier game’s stages, including two substantially different sections. Version-specific changes to characters, stages, timing, difficulty, balance, graphics or hidden content are not inferred where the registration does not document them.
