Quick start
- Learn the starting weapon’s reach.
- Vary how long you hold Jump to adjust height.
- Collect weapon boxes or Pow and keep a useful distance.
- Advance within the time limit and attempt the training after each stage.
Controls
Move with the eight-way joystick. When using the celestial robe, adapt to the on-screen situation, as its controls differ from normal jumping. A attacks with the weapon; B jumps. Hold B longer for a higher jump. The snake staff, spear and chain sickle differ in attack direction and speed. Check the control settings for the current key assignments.

Recover kidnapped children and a stolen secret book. Weapon boxes provide a snake staff, spear or chain sickle, each with different reach directions and attack speed. Hold Jump longer to rise higher and judge the landing around pits and descending ceilings. Training after stages can improve maximum health or develop the tiger energy technique. Watch the timer while choosing the distance suited to the current weapon.
