How to Play Virtua Fighter 2

Quick start

Choose a fighter in Virtua Fighter 2 and use the first round to learn reach, recovery, and defence before attempting long combinations. Keep enough distance to react, block or evade predictable attacks, and punish missed moves with a short reliable sequence. Add throws and special inputs after the basic attacks feel consistent.

Controls

Use the D-pad to move, crouch, jump, and enter directional commands. A, B, and C perform the attack buttons assigned by the selected control setup; directions combined with attacks produce throws or special moves. Start begins the match and pauses where the game allows it.
