How to Play 1500 DS Spirits Vol. 9 - 2-nin Uchi Mahjong
Quick start
Choose a solo table and read its rule settings before the first deal. Examine the starting hand, draw and choose a discard. Build a simple yaku, and use call, riichi or win prompts only when they become available.
Controls
Touch a tile in your hand to select it and confirm the discard using the on-screen prompt. Call controls appear only for legal opportunities. Read the displayed tiles of a proposed meld before accepting; cancel an unintended selection before the discard is committed.

This is a Japanese mahjong table game, not a matching-pairs tile puzzle. Draw and discard towards a complete hand, usually four groups and a pair, while making sure the hand has a scoring yaku. Calling a discard can finish a group quickly but changes the options available to a concealed hand. Read the opponent's discards before keeping a dangerous tile late in a round. Watch the score and round situation rather than treating every hand as an all-out attack. A first solo match is best used to learn tile selection, discard confirmation and the prompts for available calls.
