How to Play Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth
Quick start
Begin Episode 1, Turnabout Visitor. Follow Gumshoe’s investigation lesson in Edgeworth’s office, inspect the body and nearby evidence, and examine the bullet holes. Open Logic and connect the observations suggested by the scene. Review new evidence in the Organizer before the first rebuttal; press a statement for detail and present evidence only when you can identify the contradiction.
Controls
Move Edgeworth or the cursor with the D-pad. A confirms, examines or advances text; B cancels. L opens Logic during investigation and presses statements in a rebuttal. R opens the Organizer, X connects selected Logic facts or presents evidence, and START opens saving. The Touch Screen also provides movement, Examine and menu panels.

Miles Edgeworth leaves the courtroom behind to investigate crimes at their source. You move him around scenes, examine suspicious details and question witnesses before linking related observations in the Logic menu. Evidence collected in the Organizer also drives deductions and rebuttals, where a statement must be tested against what you have found. The first office murder gradually opens into connected cases, with partners adding perspectives along the way. Careful reading and comparison matter more than rapid input or guessing.
