How to Play Advance Guardian Heroes
Quick start
Start with Tutorial from the main menu to practice movement, attacks, magic and Hyper Mode, then choose Story and a fighter. In the opening battles, keep moving through the side-scrolling stage, use homing jumps to close distance, and save Hyper Mode for a crowded or dangerous exchange.
Controls
D-Pad: move/aim attacks; A: jump (double-tap A with a direction for a homing jump); B: attack, with directions changing the move; L: cycle spells; hold R+B: cast or charge the selected spell; A+B when the anger gauge flashes: Hyper Mode; START: pause/menu.
