How to Play Ai Senshi Nicol
Quick start
Press START on the title to start. Use the cross button to move in eight directions, press A to jump, and press B to shoot. At first, you search the room while checking the terrain and enemy movements, and shoot the crystal diamonds you find to collect parts. Collect three in each world to advance. Check the number you have collected and your belongings on the START sub-screen, and try not to stay in the lava or underwater for too long.
Controls
Cross button: Move in eight directions. A: Jump. B: Attack with a shot. START: Starts the game, displays the sub screen during play. SELECT: Use your Cosmo Ball to damage all enemies on the screen. The number of times you can use Cosmo Ball increases each time you obtain it. On the game over screen, press SELECT to select CONTINUE, SAVE, or END.
Ai Senshi Nicol — About this game
Nicole, who has been robbed of her extradimensional space travel device and her lover Stella, boards the enemy-controlled planet Dyrus. In each world, the goal of exploration is to find a crystal diamond, break it with a shot, and collect three parts of the device inside. Along the way, you'll shoot enemies, jump to overcome danger, and collect items that enhance your movement speed, shots, armor, and more. Some of the pillars in the passage will open when you wipe out enemies, shoot them, or collect parts, so it's worth investigating the surrounding area even if it appears to be a dead end. You lose energy not only when you come into contact with enemies, but also when you are in lava or underwater, so balance exploration with managing your physical strength.
