Akai Ito DS — About this game
Akai Ito DS follows Mei from her second year of middle school into her first year of high school. Romance, friendship and setbacks develop through conversations whose choices can redirect her story. Alongside the original novel’s course, the DS adaptation adds four new endings. Characters other than Mei are fully voiced, making pauses and reactions part of following the relationships. Read a reply in the context of what has happened between the characters, rather than treating it as an isolated romantic answer. Revisit a saved decision to explore how another response changes the outcome.
