How to Play AMF Bowling Pinbusters!
Quick start
Choose Quick Play and one of the available bowlers for a short opening round. Set your position and aim with the D-pad, then confirm with A. Press A to start the swing and A again to release at the circular indicator. Watch where the ball reaches the pins and adjust the next attempt toward any remaining pins. Repeat through the five frames before taking the same bowler into World Cup's longer matches; the full roster is not available immediately.
Controls
DS controls: use left/right on the D-pad to position the bowler, then A to confirm. Press A to start the backswing and A again to release; releasing at the circular indicator gives full power. Once the ball rolls, left/right on the D-pad adjusts its path slightly. The lower screen shows the scorecard. Special moves require accumulated Psyche energy.

The DS edition turns bowling into an arcade tour with unusual bowlers, distinct lanes and special abilities. Characters differ in power and ball control, so changing your bowler changes the feel of lining up a shot. Quick Play offers a short five-frame round, while World Cup strings together longer head-to-head matches. Full-power deliveries build Psyche energy that can support special moves and interference with an opponent. Most of the roster must be unlocked through progress, giving the tour a reason to continue beyond a single score. Bowling itself uses the D-pad and buttons; the lower screen serves as a score display rather than a surface for swiping the ball.
