How to Play The Last Airbender
Quick start
Start a new game and use the first controllable scene to practice movement and attacks with the stylus. Use L to enter the bending stance, then follow the displayed gesture for the available move. Examine the obstacles along the chapter route and use the current character's element to clear the way. Waterbending belongs to a later part of Aang's progression.
Controls
Original DS controls center on the stylus for moving and attacking. L enters the bending stance for special moves; left-handed play uses R instead. Follow the on-screen gesture for the selected character's bending action. Environmental objects and combat situations require the appropriate element rather than a single repeated attack.
The Last Airbender — About this game
The Last Airbender adapts the film into a DS adventure that alternates between Aang and Zuko. Their elements are part of both combat and exploration: moving obstacles or manipulating the environment opens routes between encounters. Aang uses air and learns water later, while Zuko's fire gives his chapters a different approach. Ordinary guards, shielded enemies and bosses ask for different responses, so repeated attacks alone are not always enough. The stylus handles movement and attacks; entering a bending stance provides special moves. The balance of small environmental puzzles and fights gives each chapter more to do than simply clear a corridor.
