How to Play Animaniacs: Lights, Camera, Action!

Quick start

Start Jailhouse Rock and move down to collect the blue key. Open the first gate, enter the next room and climb the stairs. At the next steps, go right for the apple crate. Return downstairs and break the middle box beyond the bar fence for the green key, then open Slappy's green gate and speak to her.

Controls

Use the D-pad to move around the isometric sets, A to jump and B to use the character's attack or projectile. START pauses. The lower DS screen tracks collected items and supports advancing cutscenes. Use a stage door when the route calls for another character; their abilities and movement limits differ.

Animaniacs: Lights, Camera, Action! — About this game

Lights, Camera, Action! puts the Warner siblings into isometric film sets full of keys, gates, platforms and enemies. A film-reel timer adds pressure, so finding the useful route matters alongside collecting items. Character changes through stage doors open different solutions: Dot can glide, Pinky fits through small gaps and Brain operates special IQ levers but cannot jump. Those abilities are needed in their own parts of the levels rather than all being available at the first step. The DS version keeps the original set layouts and uses the lower screen to track collectibles. Progress comes from understanding each set and returning with the right character.
