Another Time Another Leaf: Kagami no Naka no Tantei follows an ordinary schoolgirl whose unusual mirror contains another version of herself. Their conversations become part of the investigation, comparing what they know before deciding where a clue leads. At certain moments the counterpart can use the mirror to travel into the past and search for evidence directly. That gives the cases a second perspective: details from an earlier time must be connected with the people and events in the present. The story combines light, comic exchanges with detective problems. Read the timing of an observation carefully rather than treating a past scene as if it happened at the same moment as the current investigation.
