How to Play Sankokushi (Japan)
Quick start
- Read the four target sets shown at the stage’s start.
- Select a tile and inspect the highlighted matching or sequence partners.
- Complete valid three-tile groups before time expires.
- Use Help or Back when needed, then buy assistance between stages.
Controls
Select tiles to form triples. Pink highlights indicate number-sequence partners and orange highlights indicate matching tiles. The on-screen Help action reveals available removals, while Back returns tiles to the board.
Sankokushi (Japan) — About this game
Sankokushi (Japan) changes mahjong solitaire by asking for three-tile groups rather than pairs. A valid set can be three matching tiles or one of the number runs 1–3, 4–6 or 7–9, and the stage’s goal is to remove the four target sets shown at the beginning before time expires. Selecting a tile highlights possible matches and sequence partners in different colours. Help reveals removable tiles, while Back can restore a move, and earned points buy further assistance between stages. The cleared board reveals an adult background illustration, with topless imagery included in the presentation.
