How to Play Aero Fighters (World / USA + Canada / Korea / Hong Kong / Taiwan) (newer hardware)
Quick start
- Select a nation on the active player side.
- Shoot the opening formation.
- Collect a P power-up.
- Use a bomb when the route becomes crowded.
Controls
Move with the joystick and use Shot and Bomb. Collect P items to improve the main weapon and B items for additional bomb stock. Each player side has its own aircraft for the chosen nation.

Aero Fighters assigns a different aircraft to each player side within four national pairs. Normal shots gain strength from P items, while bombs provide a limited stronger attack and can be replenished with B items. The opening stages vary before the fixed later campaign. Choosing a nation therefore also determines the plane available on the active player side.
