Bermuda Triangle (Japan) gives its large ZIG craft a straight-firing weapon and a turret that can face different directions. Collected SYD fighters provide support formations, changing the coverage available against surrounding enemies. Energy items restore the craft’s protection and can strengthen its weapons once the reserve is full. The craft can withstand damage, but its size makes positioning important when the scrolling battlefield changes direction. Selecting a support formation and turning the turret creates useful alternatives to simply pointing the whole craft at a threat.
