How to Play Best Of Best
Quick start
- Choose one of the eight fighters.
- Try the punch and kick buttons at several distances.
- Use directional steps or an airborne second jump to reposition.
- Add a special move before relying on longer combinations.
Controls
Use the three Punch and three Kick actions. Up: jump; press an upward direction again in the air for a second jump. Back: guard. Forward twice/back twice: step. Facing right, Tom uses ↓↘→+Punch for Hurricane Fire and ↓↙←+Kick for Dumping Kick. Reverse horizontal directions when facing left.
Best Of Best — About this game
Best of Best offers eight fighters in a tournament built around punches, kicks and character-specific special attacks. The six attack buttons give several ordinary options, while forward and backward steps help change distance. A second jump is available while airborne, adding another choice when approaching or retreating. Matches use a best-of-three structure, and a different fighter can be chosen after a fight. Learning one reliable special move alongside the ordinary attacks provides a useful starting point for the tournament.
