How to Play Blast Off (Japan)
Quick start

Controls
Move the ship with the joystick. One button fires lasers and can be held for a stronger shot. The other cycles four firing patterns, covering different combinations of forward, backward, sideways and diagonal directions.

Blast Off (Japan) changes the ship’s firing geometry with a dedicated pattern control. The available formations cover different combinations of forward, rearward, diagonal and sideways directions, while holding the shot builds a stronger spherical laser. Each world progresses through three areas before the ship grows for its boss encounter. Choosing coverage for the next approach becomes as important as positioning the ship out of danger.
