How to Play Black Tiger

Quick start

Use Attack against the first enemy.
Collect Zenny and rescue a nearby wise man.
Use Jump with Up held when the next platform is too high for an ordinary leap.
Buy a useful weapon, armour or antidote before continuing toward the boss.

Controls

Move Left/Right and use Down to crouch. Up/Down climbs a pillar when holding one. Attack swings the chain weapon and throws daggers when not poisoned. Jump clears gaps; holding Up during the jump adds height. Rescue wise men and spend collected Zenny on supplies.

Black Tiger — About this game

Black Tiger equips its warrior with a chain weapon and thrown daggers for a climb through branching platforms. Rescued wise men can award supplies or offer a shop, where collected Zenny buys improved weapons, armour, keys or a cure for poison. Hidden items also reward attacking suspicious walls. Reaching a higher route calls for holding Up during a jump, so exploration depends on both the equipment already collected and the extra height available from a deliberate leap.
