How to Play Bells & Whistles (Asia, version M)
Quick start
- Move around enemy shots and fire into the clouds.
- Shoot an exposed bell until it reaches the desired colour, then collect it.
- Attack ground enemies as well as airborne targets.
- Hold the shooting action to build charge and release it for a Big Shot.
Controls
Joystick: move. Hold the shooting action to charge and release for Big Shot. In the Japanese version, Shot attacks airborne targets and Bomb attacks the ground separately; the European Bells & Whistles controls combine shooting and ground bombing.
Bells & Whistles (Asia, version M) — About this game
Bells & Whistles (Asia, version M) fills its airspace with bells that double as equipment choices. Shooting a cloud uncovers a bell, and further shots cycle its colour before collection. Yellow bells build a score sequence, while other colours change speed, weapon coverage or protection. The ship also attacks ground targets and can prepare a larger charged shot. In cooperative play the two ships can align for combined attacks, making their relative positions another part of navigating the enemy formations.
