Battletoads — About this game
Battletoads gives Rash, Zitz and Pimple different speed and strength for their arcade assault on the Dark Queen’s forces. Their oversized finishing blows end ordinary brawling exchanges, but the route also changes the movement rules between stages. Some fights allow movement into the screen, others use a flat plane with ducking, and another descends a tunnel by jet pack. The final hover-cruiser battle replaces the ordinary punches with several guns and a special weapon. Learn the current stage’s movement before repeating a familiar combo, then adjust again when the vehicle section changes the available attack.
