Crazy Climber 2 (Japan) makes the route up a building a coordination problem for both hands. Each hand has its own joystick, so climbing and moving across the facade depend on the pair working together. Windows and interruptions from the building’s occupants can spoil a safe grip, while larger obstacles such as the giant gorilla demand attention beyond the next ledge. The climb moves through increasingly unusual American settings, with reaching the rooftop and helicopter providing the escape from another hazardous wall.
