How to Play Charlie Ninja

Quick start

Learn the starting projectile’s reach.
Use the cloak when evading an approach is useful.
Collect a weapon upgrade after clearing its path.
Watch fire barriers before approaching the stage boss.

Controls

Use the directional controls to move or select menu items. Insert a coin, then press Start to begin. Action buttons depend on the game; follow the keyboard, controller, or touch mapping shown by the emulator.

Charlie Ninja — About this game

Charlie Ninja gives its side-view journey a cloak as well as thrown weapons. Becoming invisible provides a way to evade an attack, while stars and other projectiles handle targets beyond close-combat reach. Defeated enemies drop weapon improvements, and each themed area leads to a boss carrying a bounty. Fire barriers and incoming shots also influence the route. Learn a safe ordinary throw before relying on the cloak, then choose whether a pickup is worth crossing the next projectile’s path instead of treating every dropped weapon as an immediate destination.
