Quick start
- Accelerate and follow the road toward the suspect.
- Use braking and steering to pass traffic without crashing.
- Close the gap before the pursuit timer expires.
- Once alongside the target, make controlled collisions to disable it.
Controls
Steer with the cabinet steering control. Use the accelerator to gain speed, the brake to slow down, Turbo for a burst of speed, and Gear Shift to change gears. These are arcade action labels; keyboard and controller bindings depend on the player's settings.
Chase H.Q. (Japan, upright?) — About this game
Your police car has to catch a fleeing suspect before the pursuit clock runs out. Reaching the target starts a different kind of chase: repeated collisions damage the criminal's vehicle until it can be stopped. Traffic and bends make a direct approach risky, and a crash can waste the time you need for the next attack. Use the accelerator, brake, gears and turbo to manage the gap rather than treating every road as a straight sprint. The goal is an arrest, so catching the suspect is only the first part of the job.
