Controls
Use the eight-way control with Attack, Jump and Turn. Chelnov continues running with the screen during ordinary stages. The Turn action changes facing; turning backward is available while jumping. Boss encounters stop the scrolling.

Atomic Runner Chelnov (Japan) keeps its hero running with the scrolling stage even when the player releases movement. Position within the screen can be adjusted, but ordinary sections do not allow stopping to wait for a safer opening. Attack, Jump and Turn are separate controls, letting Chelnov face a threat differently while keeping up with the route. Weapon pickups change the projectile, and further upgrades affect firepower, rate, range or jumping height. Boss encounters stop the scrolling and permit a different rhythm. Learn the turn and jump timing before approaching a gap under pressure from an enemy behind.
