How to Play Sweet Heart (DECO Cassette) (US)

Quick start

  1. Move around a dancer to draw the sides of a rectangle.
  2. Close the unbroken outline to complete the enclosure.
  3. Use a remaining Stun action if ruffians block the route.
  4. Turn away from the current outline when the witch starts following it, then enclose her while stunned.

Controls

Move with the directional control to draw the skating trail. Close a rectangle around the required dancers. The limited Stun action freezes ruffians but does not stop the witch. When she follows the unfinished line, turn away from that outline to stun her, then complete an enclosure around her.

Sweet Heart (DECO Cassette) (US) — About this game

Disco No.1 turns the skater’s trail into a way of enclosing the dancers on the rink. Completing an unbroken rectangle captures the characters inside and advances the clearing objective, but contact with an unfinished line can spoil the attempt. Pursuing ruffians can be frozen with a limited emergency action. The witch needs a different response: turning away from the line she follows can stun her long enough to complete an enclosure. Choosing when to abandon a box is therefore part of surviving to finish the rink.
