How to Play Cybattler
Quick start
- Move to face an approaching enemy.
- Hold Gun to fire while strafing in another direction.
- Use Sword when an enemy moves close.
- Stop firing briefly to prepare the stronger opening shots.
Controls
The joystick moves Blanche and sets its facing. Gun fires automatically when held; Sword attacks at close range. Holding either attack locks the facing direction while the joystick moves the mech. The gun charges while it is not firing, strengthening the first shots afterward.
Cybattler — About this game
Cybattler lets Blanche turn toward a target in any of eight directions, then keep that aim while moving elsewhere. Holding either attack action locks the facing direction for strafing, allowing the gun or beam sword to remain on a moving enemy without steering directly into it. Leaving the gun idle charges its first shots, while the sword supplies a quick close attack. Equipment changes between stages, bringing different guns and occasional support equipment such as a shield or vulnerable heavy cannon.
