Quick start
- Learn the four punch and kick buttons.
- Find a safe chance to charge Ki.
- As Goku, try quarter-circle forward plus Punch.
- Check the rival’s height before the next attack.
Controls
The buttons are Weak Punch, Strong Punch, Weak Kick and Strong Kick. Hold Weak Punch plus Strong Punch plus Weak Kick to charge Ki. Goku uses quarter-circle forward plus Punch for Kamehameha, or Kick for its low version.
Dragon Ball Z 2 - Super Battle — About this game
Dragon Ball Z 2: Super Battle adds a super gauge to its one-on-one fights and allows the action to move between ground and air. Four ordinary buttons split punches and kicks into weak and strong versions, while holding Weak Punch, Strong Punch and Weak Kick charges Ki. Goku’s quarter-circle attacks provide high and low Kamehameha alternatives before the stocked supers. Learn the four ordinary attacks before charging in an exposed position, then choose the attack height to meet the rival’s current approach.
