How to Play Dragon Ball Z: V.R. V.S. (Japan, Rev A)
Quick start
- Choose a fighter.
- Learn Left Punch and Right Punch.
- Use Left or Right to evade an incoming attack.
- Hold Down, then press Up for the charged energy attack.
Controls
The cabinet’s three actions are Left Punch, Right Punch and Jump. Up guards; Left or Right dodges. Hold Down to charge, then press Up to release the energy attack.

Dragon Ball Z: V.R.V.S. views each aerial fighter from behind rather than arranging both along a side-view floor. Goku, Gohan, Piccolo, Vegeta and Future Trunks face a sequence of opponents for Dragon Balls before the encounter with Ozotto, an original boss who copies fighters. The split presentation accompanies left and right punches, evasive movements and charged energy attacks instead of a conventional Punch/Kick strength layout.
