How to Play Desert War / Wangan Sensou (ver 1.0)
Quick start
- Check whether the mission calls for rescues or target destruction.
- Fire at a threat near a prisoner.
- Land nearby to take the prisoner aboard.
- Take off and reach the next helipad to unload.
Controls
Move the helicopter with the joystick and use Fire against threats. The Up/Down action changes between flight and landing for passenger pickup and delivery. Watch the fuel reserve and unload rescued prisoners at a helipad.
Desert War / Wangan Sensou (ver 1.0) — About this game
Desert War gives the helicopter a rescue objective alongside its attacks on enemy installations. Landing near prisoners takes them aboard, and the next helipad provides a place to unload them. These pickups and deliveries add fuel, while some special passengers supply upgrades or other aid. Fuel continues to fall as the helicopter controls the pace of the battlefield, so fighting and transport both have to serve the current mission.
