Quick start

Throw food at a reachable monster until it is fully inflated.
Touch the inflated target to burst it.
Position the burst to hit other enemies when possible.
Collect a diet soda if incoming food has made the player too heavy.

Controls

Use movement and jumping to line up a food attack. Repeated food hits inflate a monster; touch it only after full inflation to burst it. Diet soda reverses the player’s weight gain.

Diet Go Go (Europe v1.1 1992.09.26, set 1) turns food into both a weapon and a hazard. Throwing it at a monster inflates the target; touching a fully inflated enemy bursts it into a projectile that can defeat others. Contact before inflation is complete remains dangerous. Enemy food makes the player heavier, with too much costing a life unless a diet-soda pickup reverses the effect. Areas chosen from a world map build toward a boss, while coins can trigger further item rewards. Learn to finish one inflation safely before trying to create a chain through a crowded platform.
