Gunforce parachutes its soldier into an island assault with a rapid-fire gun and a strict stage clock. The firing direction can stay fixed while movement changes, and captured vehicles extend the ways to cross hostile territory. Motorcycles, helicopters and cable cars appear along the route. Alternative weapons such as lasers and flamethrowers add temporary firepower, but their ammunition runs out while the basic gun remains available.
