Guts’n puts its nurse inside the puzzle field instead of leaving the player above a stack of falling pieces. The nurse moves among virus blocks and uses medicine to shift them into matching horizontal groups that disappear. Reaching a useful side of a block is therefore part of solving the field, not just choosing a colour from a distance. Look for a match that can be completed without losing access to the next block, then reposition the nurse before applying another injection. The visible character’s route and the matching pattern need to be planned together.
