How to Play Hard Head 2 (v2.0, Music Program v2.0)
Quick start
- Attack an enemy with the starting punches or kicks.
- Pick up a dropped weapon.
- Jump onto or past an approaching enemy.
- Collect a POW item to improve the weapon temporarily.
Controls
Move with the joystick and use Attack and Jump. Attack uses the current weapon. Landing on an enemy can defeat it, and a POW pickup temporarily strengthens the equipped weapon.

Hard Head 2 (v2.0, Music Program v2.0) begins with an unarmed platform fighter whose punches and kicks can be replaced by collected weapons. A club handles close targets, a flail extends the reach, and a projectile weapon attacks from farther away. POW items temporarily improve the weapon. Jumping onto enemies provides another attack, while the route to the kidnapped girlfriend includes climbing and boss encounters.
