Haunted Castle (version M) — About this game
Haunted Castle (version M) equips Simon with a whip that can become a morning star and then a sword through enemy drops. A separate carried sub-weapon provides another attack, but spends collected hearts and is replaced when a different one is taken. Bombs, torches, boomerangs and other items change the reach available before each stage boss. Learn the current main weapon’s timing before closing on the next skeleton, then choose a sub-weapon for the approaching terrain rather than collecting every replacement simply because it appears. The rescue progresses through six fixed stages toward Dracula.
