How to Play Heiankyo Alien
Quick start
- Move through the streets and choose a safe place for a trap.
- Repeatedly use Dig to complete the hole.
- Let an alien fall into it.
- Use Bury to fill the occupied hole, then repeat until the round is clear.
Controls
Joystick: move along the streets. Dig button: enlarge the hole ahead until it is complete. Bury button: fill a hole; filling an occupied pit removes its trapped alien.
Heiankyo Alien — About this game
Heiankyo Alien makes prepared traps the only way to clear the invaders from the city streets. The officer must finish digging a hole before an alien can fall into it, then return to bury the trapped creature. An incomplete hole does not catch an alien and can obstruct the officer’s own route. Captured aliens eventually escape, so digging several holes without a safe path back is risky. Clearing every alien completes the round and brings another arrangement of threats.
