Hokuha Syourin Hiryu no Ken is an exact registered version in this game family. Shanghai Kid builds its martial-arts encounters around choosing where to attack and defend. When the opponent’s red marker appears, the lever selects the target for a hand or foot technique. A marker on the player instead calls for a defensive response at the indicated location. Matches must be won within the time limit to advance from training toward the mixed-style tournament. This makes reading the current marker essential: pressing attacks without considering the target can invite a block or counterattack. Version-specific changes to characters, stages, timing, difficulty, balance, graphics or hidden content are not inferred where the registration does not document them.
