How to Play Hook (Hook's Reversal, Hack)
Quick start
- Choose a character, line up with an enemy and attack.
- Keep attacking for a combo and move up or down when enemies gather.
- Grab a nearby enemy and throw them into others.
- Clear nearby enemies before collecting food or weapons.
Controls
Move with the eight-way joystick. Repeated presses of Attack produce a combo; the other button jumps. Press Attack while jumping for an aerial attack. Move close to grab an enemy, then combine a direction with Attack to throw them.
Hook (Hook's Reversal, Hack) — About this game
Peter Pan and the Lost Boys take on pirates in a scrolling brawler set in the world of the film Hook. Characters have different abilities and weapons. Move up and down the fighting area to get out of an enemy’s direct path, tap Attack repeatedly for a combo and combine jumping with attacks to strike from the air. Move close to grab an enemy, then throw them into others to break up a group. Line up with an enemy, land a few hits and reposition before you are surrounded. Check that it is safe before picking up food to restore health or collecting a weapon. Up to four players can join at once; spread out and leave allies an escape route rather than all chasing the same enemy.
