Quick start

Controls
The original cabinet has one punch controller for each hand. Swivelling the cabinet moves the boxer from side to side.
Heavyweight Champ (set 1) — About this game
The 1987 Heavyweight Champ places the view behind the boxer and uses a separate physical punch controller for each hand. The cabinet can swivel to move the fighter from side to side, adding body positioning to the arm movements. Its single-player route faces a succession of opponents in one-round bouts, so this version’s physical boxing controls belong to a different format from the older same-name side-view game.
