How to Play Ikari Warriors (US No Continues)
Quick start
- Move clear of the first enemy’s firing line.
- Rotate the aim toward the target.
- Use gunfire and grenades against the next defence.
- Watch the condition and fuel of a captured tank.
Controls
Move with the joystick and rotate its aiming control independently. Use separate Gun and Grenade actions. Captured tanks resist ordinary bullets, but watch their fuel and leave before an explosion destroys the vehicle.
Ikari Warriors (US No Continues) — About this game
Ikari Warriors (US No Continues) separates the soldier’s movement from his firing direction through a rotary joystick. Gunfire and grenades cover different targets during the advance through hostile territory. A captured tank supplies protection from ordinary bullets and heavier firepower, but its limited fuel and vulnerability to explosions make choosing when to leave it part of survival. Two soldiers can make the run together.
