How to Play Jackal (World, Rotary Joystick)
Quick start
- Break into a prisoner camp with grenades.
- Drive close enough to pick up the freed prisoners.
- Take a full load to a heliport.
- Use the improved launcher against stronger defences.
Controls
Move the jeep with the joystick and rotate it to aim the machine-gun turret in eight directions. Use the separate Machine Gun and Grenade actions. Collect prisoners and deliver them to a helicopter for extraction.
Jackal (World, Rotary Joystick) — About this game
The rotary-joystick version of Jackal separates jeep movement from the machine gun’s eight-direction aim. This allows the driver to advance past a camp while keeping the turret pointed toward a threat. The rescue objective still rewards collecting prisoners and delivering them to helicopters, with solitary captives and complete eight-prisoner deliveries improving the grenade and missile launcher.
