How to Play JoJo's Venture (Asia 981202, NO CD)

Quick start

Choose a fighter and learn the ordinary attack range.
Call the active Stand to compare its available attacks.
Watch its gauge during the exchange.
Withdraw before a Stand break leaves the fighter exposed.

Controls

The Stand action calls or withdraws an active Stand. Its presence changes attacks and techniques. Damage drains the Stand gauge; withdrawing permits recovery, while an empty gauge creates a vulnerable break.

JoJo’s Venture brings the Stardust Crusaders journey into duels shaped by each fighter’s Stand. Calling out an active Stand changes ordinary attacks and opens techniques that the character alone cannot use. The extra presence also creates another target: damage to the Stand drains its gauge, and a broken gauge leaves its owner open to a counterattack. Withdraw it to recover rather than keeping it exposed through every exchange. Learn the starting character’s ordinary range first, then compare the Stand’s attacks to decide when the extra reach or different technique is worth the risk.
