How to Play Konek-Gorbunok
Quick start
- Follow the current story objective for Ivan and the humpbacked horse.
- Move through the scene while avoiding hazards.
- Use an available action when an object or enemy blocks the route.
- Continue toward the next Tsar, Firebird or Tsar-Maid story event.
Controls

Konek-Gorbunok — About this game
Konek-Gorbunok follows Ivan and the little humpbacked horse through the Tsar’s increasingly unreasonable demands. The journey seeks the magical Firebird, protects the horse and leads toward the Tsar-Maid whom Ivan hopes to marry. Obstacles and hazards interrupt the action along the way, and the hero carries a weapon for the threats encountered during the adventure. The story adapts Pyotr Ershov’s Russian fairy tale, making the horse and the Firebird central to the mission rather than incidental enemies in a generic rescue route.
