Ah Eikou no Koshien (Japan) — About this game

Ah Eikou no Koshien (Japan) adds a stamina decision to its cartoon baseball. A batter or pitcher can charge for a stronger attempt, but using up that reserve changes both performance and the character’s appearance. An exhausted pitcher, for example, loses the ability to keep delivering fast pitches. Field play is partly automated: catches happen automatically, while the player can still guide a runner and choose where to throw a fielded ball. The next play therefore asks whether a stronger attempt now is worth the reduced reserve afterward.
